1. **Discovery & Audit** — We review your product, competitors, and compliance requirements. What are users trying to do? Where does the current experience create friction or anxiety? What does your regulatory environment require?
2. **UX Strategy** — We settle the UX direction: the core flows, what the product decides for the user and what it asks of them, where trust signals belong, and the principles that will settle later arguments in a regulated context. Strategy before pixels.
