## Marketing and Sales Design, Run Inside Your Pipeline

An ongoing design team for campaigns and live deals, working your go-to-market cadence instead of an agency queue.

## What you get every month

The same designers inside your go-to-market motion, producing what marketing and sales actually need that month.

- **The same designers each month** - A small team that stays on your account and holds the category, the buyer and the offer between campaigns. Month two starts from what month one learned.
- **Assets packaged per deal** - When a lead enters the pipeline, we package what that lead needs and your team takes it into the conversation. Co-branded launch material included when a partner is involved.
- **The campaign calendar shipped** - The recurring marketing output produced at the volume a live calendar demands, with variants for testing. Work lands in your tools, on your dates.
- **Templates for what repeats** - The formats you send weekly turned into templates and rules your own team can fill without waiting for us. Our time goes to the work only designers can do.
- **A studio behind the team** - When a launch needs motion, a brand pass or a new page, a specialist joins the engagement for that stretch. Larger builds are scoped separately, not absorbed into the allocation.
- **An allocation you can move** - Scale up for a launch quarter and back down afterwards, without renegotiating the engagement. Files, templates and written decisions stay yours.

## Who this is for

- B2B marketing and sales that need design weekly
- Live deals that need assets before the next call
- A marketing team of one or two with too many campaigns
- A technical product an enterprise buyer must be walked through

## How the engagement runs

You already have a motion. We plug into it and strengthen its execution.

1. **Context Before Output** — We learn the category, the buyer, the objections and the shape of the offer before we design anything. Sales calls, win and loss notes, the decks that already work, the ones that stall.
2. **Into the Pipeline** — We map where design is actually needed: which stage triggers which asset, who asks for it, and how fast it has to exist. That map is what turns requests into a queue we can run.
3. **Assets Packaged Per Deal** — When a lead enters, we package what that specific lead needs and your team takes it into the deal. Co-branded material, tailored decks, one-pagers, proposal and launch assets.
4. **Campaigns Shipped on Schedule** — Alongside the deal work, the marketing calendar keeps moving: ads, landing pages, email, social and event material, produced at the volume a live calendar demands.
5. **One Brand at Volume** — Templates, components and rules for the formats you repeat, so the hundredth asset still looks like the first one and your team can produce the simple things without us.
6. **Month After Month** — The same designers stay on the account. Each month starts from what we already know about your buyers rather than from a fresh brief, and the allocation moves with your calendar.

## Why teams embed a team instead of briefing an agency

Project work restarts the context every time. An ongoing team keeps it, which is why the second month costs you less explaining than the first.

- **Context you stop paying for twice** — After a few months inside the same motion, our designers know the category, the buyer and the objections. Work starts without a written brief.
- **A team, not one freelancer** — Designers, a lead and a project manager. When a launch needs motion, brand or web, a specialist joins rather than the work waiting.
- **Design while the deal is live** — Assets arrive while the deal is still moving, not two weeks after someone asked. Sales keeps its own schedule and we work to it.
- **Built for the enterprise buyer** — Enterprise deals bring a committee, a procurement review and a security questionnaire. We design the material that has to survive that room, not only the first call.
- **Every format covered** — Decks, ads, email, landing pages, social, motion and event material from one team, instead of four vendors who never quite match.
- **Consistency that survives volume** — Templates and rules for what you repeat. Output scales without the brand drifting and without every asset needing a review.

## FAQ

**What is marketing design?**

Marketing design is the design work that sits around a product rather than inside it: the decks, ads, landing pages, emails, social and event material that marketing and sales use to win customers. It is a different discipline from product design, judged on whether it moves a buyer rather than whether a feature is usable.

**How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?**

An agency sells campaigns you brief and wait for. This is an ongoing team inside your go-to-market motion: the same designers every month, working to your pipeline's schedule and your sales team's deadlines. The difference shows up most when a live deal needs something before the next call.

**How is it different from your product design services?**

Our Team Extension and embedded design engagements put designers inside your product team, working a roadmap and shipping screens. This one works inside marketing and sales, producing the material that brings buyers in and moves deals along. Some clients run both, with different designers on each.

**Can you work inside live enterprise deals under confidentiality?**

Yes, and most of that work never becomes public. Everything produced inside a live deal belongs to the client and their sales process. What we can publish is limited to material the client has already released, which is how the case studies on this site are scoped.

**What formats do you cover?**

Sales decks and investor decks, one-pagers and proposals, paid ad creative, landing pages, email, social, motion and event material. Anything that needs a full brand or website build is scoped separately rather than absorbed into the monthly allocation.

**How fast can you turn something around for a live deal?**

Turnaround is agreed per format during setup, because a one-page leave-behind and a tailored twenty-slide deck are not the same request. The point of the model is that the designers already have the context, so the clock starts on the work instead of on a briefing call.

**Do you work with our existing brand guidelines?**

Yes. Most engagements start inside an existing brand and tighten it where volume has pulled it apart. If the guidelines do not exist yet, or stop at a logo, we can build them through branding before or alongside the monthly work.

**What does it cost?**

A monthly retainer, quoted after the intro call, based on the allocation you need and the mix of formats. A Trial Week on one real task is credited toward the first month if you want to see the work before committing.

**Can we start small?**

Yes. Most engagements start with the one motion closest to revenue, prove it there, then widen. Scaling up for a launch and back down afterwards is part of how the allocation works.
