## One Week. One Real Task. Then You Decide.

One task from your backlog. One week with the real team. A fixed fee, credited toward any project.

## What lands on your desk on Friday

One bounded task, worked in the open, handed over finished. The week is built so Friday produces something you can use.

- **A finished piece of work** (By Friday) - A redesigned flow, a screen set, a component set, a page, or a working prototype in code. Something your team can use on Monday.
- **Daily updates** (Every working day) - A short written or video update in your Slack, with the working files open from day one. Redirect us the same day.
- **A written recommendation** (Day 5) - What we saw, what we would fix first, and which engagement fits, or whether none of them does. We have told teams to fix one flow and stop there.
- **All source files** (Yours to keep) - Figma, and the code if the task was a prototype. Handed over whether or not we continue. The Figma file is yours the day we open it.
- **The real team** (One slot a week) - The senior product designer who would run your project, on your task from Monday, with the founder on the scoping call and the Friday recommendation. No handover to a junior after signature.
- **The fee credited** (Within 60 days) - Continue with any project or subscription and the trial fee comes off the price. If you do not continue, you owe nothing further.

## Who this is for

- One bounded task with a clear owner
- Any of our services
- B2B SaaS, agencies and founders
- Something we can start on Monday

## Five Days, No Warm-Up

Five days built so that Friday hands you something you can use on Monday.

1. **Before Day 1: Pick the Task** — A 30-minute call to choose one bounded task from your backlog. Good candidates: an onboarding flow that leaks, a settings area nobody can navigate, a dashboard view for one role, a pricing page, a first working prototype of a feature. Bad candidates: "redesign the app". We agree on scope in writing.
2. **Day 1: Kickoff and Access** — We join your Slack, get access to the product, analytics and any research you have, and interview the person who owns the task. By the end of the day you have a one-page brief with the question we are answering and how we will know it is answered.
3. **Days 2-4: Work in the Open** — Design happens in a shared Figma file you can open at any time. Prototypes are built in code when interaction matters. You get a short update every day and can redirect us at any point. No big reveal on Friday.
4. **Day 5: Handoff and Decision Call** — You receive finished files, a walkthrough, and a written recommendation: what we found, what we would do next, and which engagement fits. If the right answer is a smaller scope than you expected, or none at all, that is what the recommendation says.
5. **After: The decision is yours** — You take the work away and decide in your own time. Continue with any project or subscription within 60 days and the fee comes off the price. Stop there and the files, the brief and the recommendation are still yours. Teams that continue start the next project with Friday already done.

## Why Teams Start Here

A week of real work answers questions a proposal cannot.

- **You see the real team** — The senior designer on your Trial Week is the person who would run your project. No bait-and-switch to a junior after the contract is signed.
- **Something ships on Friday** — A finished flow, page or prototype is a better basis for a decision than a slide about our process.
- **The recommendation is honest** — Because the week is paid and bounded, we have no reason to inflate the next scope. We have told teams to fix one flow and stop, and we have told teams they don't need us.
- **Nothing is wasted** — The brief, files and prototype from the Trial Week become week one of the project if you continue. No re-discovery, no second kickoff.
- **Low risk on both sides** — You risk one week and a fixed fee. We risk a week of a senior team. That symmetry keeps everyone focused on the work rather than the contract.
- **Built on 40+ shipped B2B SaaS products** — We have done this in fintech, healthtech and AI products for teams whose companies went on to raise $200M+. A week is enough for us to show what that experience looks like on your product.

## FAQ

**Why is the Trial Week paid?**

It is a paid working week with a senior designer on a task you choose, and it lets us put that person on it instead of whoever happens to be free. You receive the files and the written recommendation whether or not we continue, and the fee comes off any project you start with us within 60 days.

**How much does the Trial Week cost?**

A fixed fee, quoted on the intro call once we know the task. We do not publish it, because the number only means something against a scope. Whatever it is, it comes off the price of any project or subscription you start with us within 60 days, so a team that continues pays for the week once.

**What kind of task works best?**

One bounded problem with a clear owner: a flow with a measurable drop-off, a screen your users complain about, a component set your engineers keep rebuilding, a page that needs to convert, or a first working prototype of a feature you are debating. If you are not sure, bring three candidates to the intro call and we will pick together.

**Can the task be a working prototype rather than Figma screens?**

Yes. When interaction, data behaviour or latency matter to the decision, we build the prototype in code with realistic or sanitised data. We tell you upfront whether that code is disposable or a foundation, and we never present a prototype as production-ready.

**Who is on the team during the Trial Week?**

A senior product designer, the same one who would run a full project for you. For prototype tasks, that designer builds in code. Vlad, our founder, scopes the task on the intro call and writes the Friday recommendation. We run one Trial Week at a time, so nobody is splitting the week across clients.

**What if we don't continue after the week?**

You keep all files, the prototype if there is one, and the written recommendation. There is no further obligation. Some teams use the recommendation to brief their in-house designer; that is a fine outcome for everyone.

**Can we run a Trial Week for a website rather than a product?**

Yes. A single high-intent page (pricing, a product page, the homepage above the fold) is a good Trial Week task and usually leads into a Website Redesign if the results justify it.

**How quickly can we start?**

We run one Trial Week per week. After the intro call we give you the next available Monday. If you have a deadline, say so on the call and we will tell you whether it fits.

**Who is the Trial Week for?**

Any of our services, judged on the task rather than your stage: one bounded problem with a clear owner and enough context to start on Monday. A flow with a measurable drop-off, a page that has to convert, a component set your engineers keep rebuilding, a deck, or one brief if you are an agency. At idea stage there is usually nothing concrete enough to work on yet, and we will say so on the call rather than take the week.
