## Website Redesign Services for B2B SaaS

We redesign your B2B SaaS website so marketing can edit it, on your platform or a new one, with redirects mapped before launch.

## What our website redesign services include

Masterly is a website redesign agency for B2B SaaS companies whose marketing site already has traffic and leads. The deliverables below follow the size of your site and whether we build it. For a new site, see [web design](/services/web-design). For the app behind the login, see [product redesign](/services/product-redesign).

- **Site audit and page inventory** - The pages that bring traffic and leads, read from your Search Console and analytics, with the CMS and plugin setup, forms, integrations and tracking. When the site underperforms for no clear reason, we add funnels, site performance and competitor benchmarks. Pages that rank keep their URLs where we can.
- **Sitemap and URL plan** - The new navigation, the route from each entry page to a demo, trial or contact form, and a decision for every current URL: keep it, change it, merge it into a relevant page or retire it. The 301 redirect map starts here.
- **Wireframes and page templates** - Black-and-white wireframes of each unique page, with the section order and the call to action placed. Pages that repeat, such as locations, integrations or team pages, become one template the CMS fills. You approve the structure before visual design starts.
- **Desktop and mobile design** - High-fidelity desktop and mobile layouts for each unique page and template, on the homepage direction you chose, with interaction states marked in Figma. You can change direction while only a few sections exist.
- **Component library** - Sections, cards, forms and the type, colour and spacing rules as a Figma library. When we build, the same components and the CMS content types your team needs go into Webflow, Framer or a Next.js codebase. New pages are assembled from the same parts.
- **The build, launch checks and handover** - For design and build: the site on your platform, 301 redirects, canonicals and the XML sitemap, forms connected to your CRM, analytics, launch checks and an editing walkthrough. For design only: a Figma file with breakpoints, interaction notes, technical documentation and the redirect map. Your team is shown how to edit and publish pages.

## How our B2B SaaS website redesign process works

A redesign usually starts when the site still describes an older version of the product and every page change needs a developer. The risk everyone worries about is losing rankings and leads during the move.

1. **Audit and Scope** — We read Search Console, analytics and the CMS to find the pages that bring traffic and leads, then size the redesign by pages, sections and templates. A deeper audit comes in only when the site underperforms and nobody can say why.
2. **Sitemap and Wireframes** — We map the navigation and the path from each entry page to a demo or trial, then wireframe each unique page in black and white. Repeated pages, such as locations or integrations, are designed once as a template.
3. **Design** — We design two or three homepage sections in different options, and once you choose one, extend it to the rest of the site. Desktop comes first and mobile follows once desktop is approved, with every page designed from one component library.
4. **Build and Migration** — On Webflow or Framer we build from the platform's own components and CMS. On Next.js we build reusable components and connect a CMS for the content your team edits. Changed URLs get 301 redirects, and metadata, canonicals and the XML sitemap follow the new URLs.
5. **Launch and Handover** — On staging we test redirects, forms, CRM entries, analytics and page speed. At launch we make sure the live site has no noindex, submit the XML sitemap and repeat the checks on the live site, then watch Search Console and Core Web Vitals while Google recrawls.

## Why B2B SaaS teams redesign their site with us

At [Omnea](/cases/omnea-b2b-saas-website-product-pages-webflow-case-study) we replaced hand-edited Webflow pages with a component system, and the share of sessions that reached a product page rose from about 6% to 15.1% over two quarters, by Omnea's own GA4 data, with the latest quarter still partial. We designed and built [Ocoord's](/cases/healthcare-saas-ux-ui-design-and-webflow-development-for-osha-hipaa-compliance-platform) new marketing site on Webflow, and [ImageLab](/cases/med-spa-website-redesign-that-cut-lead-costs-by-21) went from one landing page to a full redesign.

- **We start from the pages that bring traffic and leads** — Before anything is redesigned, we list those pages from your Search Console and analytics. They keep their URLs where possible, and pages that move or merge get a 301 redirect to the closest relevant page.
- **Your marketing team can edit the site** — At Omnea we turned hand-edited Webflow pages into a component system with CMS toggles and recorded walkthroughs. Their team started requesting pages by component name, and with the copy already written, the Price Intelligence page went from a Friday request to live the following Tuesday.
- **Migration is part of the redesign** — For Omnea's Resources section we decided which CMS collections drive URLs and filters, and where every moved article redirects. We also fixed JavaScript errors and layout shift on their key conversion pages. On every redesign, redirects, canonicals, forms and tracking are in the plan from the first step.
- **Results from our published cases** — Ocoord's new marketing site lifted conversion by 192%, and across the product, site and investor deck we designed, monthly subscriptions grew 87%. At ImageLab the first landing page and booking flow cut cost per lead by 21%. We don't forecast numbers for your site.
- **You can start with one page** — ImageLab started with one landing page and its booking flow, and the full site redesign followed the results. Omnea started with two projects scoped on their own, a Resources CMS restructure and a customer page rebuild, and moved to ongoing work after both shipped.
- **Designers do the work** — Designers design your pages. A design lead owns the direction and the quality of what you see, and a project manager keeps the plan and sends updates, so you don't have to ask for them.

## FAQ

**What do website redesign services include?**

Website redesign services usually cover an audit of the current site, a new sitemap and URL plan, wireframes, visual design, the build and the migration with 301 redirects. Ours add a page inventory from Search Console and analytics, desktop and mobile design on one component library, forms and analytics tested on staging and on the live site, and an editing walkthrough. If your developers build, they get a developer-ready Figma file instead.

**Will a redesign or migration hurt our search rankings?**

It can, and we cannot guarantee unchanged rankings. Visibility often moves while Google recrawls the new URLs. Lasting losses tend to come from changed URLs without 301 redirects, a staging noindex left on the live site, or ranking pages deleted or merged without their content. We list the pages that bring search traffic before design starts, map the redirects, check canonicals and the XML sitemap, and watch Search Console after launch.

**How long does a B2B SaaS website redesign take?**

It depends on the number of pages, how many of them are templates, and whether we build the site as well as design it. Feedback speed matters too: a team that needs two weeks to agree on one round of comments adds two weeks to the plan. We give you a plan with dates once we have seen the site and your page list.

**How do you scope a website redesign?**

By the size of the site: the number of pages, the sections on each page, and which pages share a template. Fifty location or integration pages built from one template take far less work than fifty unique pages. Then we agree whether we build the site, how much content moves and which integrations are involved. We quote once we have seen the current site and your page list.

**Do we need a full website audit before the redesign?**

Not always. Every redesign starts with a review of Search Console, analytics and the CMS, because that is how we find the pages to protect. A deeper audit makes sense when the site underperforms and nobody can say why. Then we also look at user behaviour, funnels, the information architecture, the plugin setup, site performance and competitor benchmarks. We tell you on the first call whether your site needs it.

**Webflow, Framer or Next.js: which should we use?**

It depends on who edits the site after launch, your content model and what the site connects to. Webflow and Framer give marketers visual editing and a built-in CMS. Webflow is the usual fit for sites with many collections, such as a blog, customer stories and integrations, and Framer for smaller sites with a lot of motion. Next.js fits teams whose engineers want the site in their codebase, with a CMS connected for marketers.

**Do we have to change our platform?**

No. Many redesigns stay on the same platform. At Omnea we worked inside their own Webflow project, with their marketers editing copy in the same pages we were building, so there was no migration step at the end. If your developers keep the site on its current stack, we design it and hand them a build-ready Figma file. When the platform itself slows your team down, we plan the website migration as part of the scope.

**Can our marketing team edit the site after launch?**

Yes, we plan for that from the start. We agree which pages and sections your team edits, then build them from reusable components and CMS collections in Webflow or Framer, or connect a CMS to a Next.js build, and walk your team through editing. At Omnea we set up CMS toggles and recorded walkthroughs, and Ocoord's Webflow CMS lets their team add pages without a developer.

**What happens to our forms, CRM and analytics?**

We list every form on the current site and where it sends data before the build starts. The new forms connect to the same CRM workflows, and we send test entries on staging and again on the live site after launch. Analytics and tracking get the same two checks, and we compare the first days of data with the old baseline so a broken event shows up early.

**Who works on our website?**

Designers do the design work. A design lead owns the direction and the quality of what you see, and a project manager keeps the plan, sets up the meetings and sends updates. Those two are your day-to-day contacts. When we build the site, our developers join the team for the build and the launch.

**How many revisions do we get?**

Two revision rounds per stage. You review the work in Figma and comment there, we make the changes, and the next stage starts once you approve the current one. If the scope grows along the way, for example new pages are added, we tell you in advance what that adds to the budget before we do the extra work.

**How is website redesign different from web design and product redesign?**

Website redesign is for a marketing site that already has traffic and leads, so the work includes protecting its search visibility and keeping forms and tracking working through the launch. Our web design service is for a new site or a first proper one. Product redesign covers the app or dashboard your customers log into. If you are not sure which fits, send us the URL and we will tell you.
