## White Label Design for Marketing Agencies

Landing pages and ad creative produced from your briefs, under your brand, on a monthly workload agreed with you.

## What lands in your drive each month

Production capacity behind your agency, with the account knowledge kept in the same heads month after month.

- **A monthly workload, agreed upfront** (Agreed each month) - We agree the workload and the fee before the month starts: page complexity, ad variants and review rounds included. Anything beyond it is scoped before it enters the queue.
- **Landing pages from your brief** (Structure, then visuals) - Pages designed from your approved copy, with the section order reviewed and agreed before anything is styled. Alternates where a test is planned.
- **Ad creative, sized per placement** (Static and motion) - The placements and variants agreed in the brief, built in the shapes each platform serves. Named so an account with hundreds of assets stays sortable.
- **The same designers** (Across your accounts) - People who keep the brand rules and the past feedback, so your briefs get shorter. No new freelancer to onboard each month.
- **White label delivery** (Unbranded, source included) - Files ready to present as your own, in your drive, in the formats your team uses. You run the client relationship. We do not appear in it.
- **A paid pilot first** (One bounded brief) - One live brief run end to end before either side commits to a month. Credited toward the first month.

## Who this is for

- Performance and growth agencies
- Weekly production, not one-off projects
- Design is the bottleneck after a won pitch
- You keep the client relationship

## Your brief in, finished files out

The point of this arrangement is that nothing needs re-explaining. We learn each of your accounts once and keep them.

1. **Onboarding** — We set up a shared channel, agree the brief format, and take in the brand assets for the accounts we will be working on. We agree file naming, delivery location and who signs off on what, so the first brief runs like the fiftieth.
2. **Workload Planning** — At the start of each month we agree what is coming: how many pages, how many ad sets, which accounts and which deadlines. You commit to a workload rather than buying hours, which is what makes the turnaround predictable. When priorities change mid-month, we agree what moves inside the booked workload and scope anything additional before starting it.
3. **Production** — We design from your approved copy and brief. Landing pages come with the structure settled before the visuals, and ad creative arrives in the placements agreed in the brief, with the variants your buyer can test against each other.
4. **Review** — You send one consolidated round of feedback, including your client's, and we make those changes on that pass. Anything that missed the brief or is our mistake gets fixed without counting as a round. Further rounds beyond the agreed one are quoted, which is what keeps the month predictable for both of us.
5. **Delivery** — Files land in your drive, unbranded, in the formats your team presents and builds from. You present the work and manage the client relationship. We work exclusively with your agency team.
6. **Monthly Review** — At month end we look at what you actually used against what you reserved, and adjust the next month. Accounts stay with the same designers, so the second quarter costs you less explaining than the first.

## Why agencies keep a bench instead of hiring

Campaign work arrives in bursts. A workload agreed each month absorbs them without your agency carrying a salary through the quiet ones.

- **A workload we agree together** — We set the month's volume and fee before it starts, and we hold that capacity. When priorities change mid-month, we agree what moves inside the booked workload and scope any additional work before it starts.
- **The same designers on the same accounts** — Brand rules, past feedback and the client's preferences stay with the people doing the work, so briefs get shorter over time.
- **White label by default** — Files arrive unbranded and ready to present as yours. You run the communication with your client, and we stay behind you.
- **Sets built for testing** — Ad sets arrive as variants your media buyer can run against each other, and landing pages come with alternates where a test is planned.
- **Predictable turnaround** — First drafts in two to three working days from an approved brief. Finished page designs in one to two weeks, depending on whether the direction is established or new. Ad sets usually follow in the same week as the page they support.
- **Feedback stays with the account** — We write down approved decisions and each client's recurring preferences, so the next brief for that account starts with the context already in place.

## FAQ

**Do you work under our brand?**

Yes, and you keep the client relationship. Files arrive unbranded and ready to present as your own, and we do not contact your client or appear on your calls. You brief us, you present the work, you handle the feedback. That is how the arrangement is built rather than something you have to ask for.

**What do you need from us in a brief?**

The goal of the page or the campaign, the audience, approved copy, brand assets, and the deadline. We agree a brief format during onboarding so this stops being a conversation each time. Where the copy is not settled, we can structure the messaging hierarchy, but we do not write the copy.

**How is this different from your Team Extension?**

Team Extension puts designers inside a product team, working a backlog of features with a PM. This is production against your briefs: landing pages and ad creative for your clients, under your brand, at a volume you reserve monthly. Different buyer, different rhythm.

**Do you build the pages as well as design them?**

We can, and it is quoted separately rather than assumed. Most agencies start with design only and add development later for the clients where it makes sense. We build on Webflow, Framer and Next.js.

**How fast is turnaround?**

First drafts in two to three working days from an approved brief and a confirmed slot. Finished page designs in one to two weeks, depending on whether the direction is established or new. Development, where you want it, is quoted and scheduled separately. Urgent work moves the queue rather than the deadline, and we agree what counts as urgent when we set the month.

**How many revision rounds are included?**

One consolidated round per brief, and it should include your client's feedback rather than only yours. We make those changes on that pass and log them. Anything that missed the brief, or that we simply got wrong, is fixed without using the round. Further rounds are quoted, which is what keeps the monthly number predictable.

**Can we scale up for a big month?**

Yes, agreed before the month starts. We review what you used against what we planned at each month end and set the next one from there. For a large surge we need about a week to staff it.

**What is the minimum commitment?**

One month after the pilot, then month to month. A paid pilot on one bounded brief usually comes first, and its fee is credited toward the first month.

**Who owns the files?**

You do, including source files. Nothing is held back, and there is no export fee.

**How much does it cost?**

A monthly retainer priced against the capacity you reserve, agreed after the intro call. Development is quoted separately when you want it. The pilot brief is credited toward your first month.
