PropScore is building "the FICO score for homes" — an AI-powered platform that analyzes 190M+ property records to generate clear, actionable scores for real estate decisions. Think credit scores, but for properties.
The analytics engine was powerful. The data was solid. But the product experience wasn't communicating what PropScore actually was: a category-defining platform that could transform how people evaluate real estate.
They came to us with a clear goal: transform PropScore into a trust-first, investor-ready product with unified design, modern aesthetics, and a scalable foundation for growth.

PropScore had a working MVP, but the experience wasn't matching the ambition:
The brand felt muted and inconsistent across product, website, and reports. There was no cohesive visual language tying everything together.
New users couldn't understand the scoring model or its value fast enough. The "FICO for homes" concept wasn't landing.
The homepage and landing pages looked dated — not like a modern AI/real estate SaaS leader competing with Stripe, Plaid, or Redfin for user trust.
There was no scalable design system to support future features. Every new screen was starting from scratch.
Despite having 190M+ property records and powerful AI analytics, the brand lacked the authority expected from a serious data-driven platform.

We treated this as a full ecosystem redesign — not just a UI refresh.
Simplified complex analytics into clear, scannable interfaces. Every screen now guides users through data without overwhelming them.
Rebuilt the marketing site to clarify value from the first scroll. The homepage now immediately communicates what PropScore is, why it matters, and how to get started.
Applied enterprise-grade design patterns for scalability. The product now looks and feels like the fintech-level platform PropScore is building.
Made the scoring model transparent and understandable. Users can now see how scores are calculated and what factors drive them — building trust through clarity.
Transformed dense property data into readable infographics and charts. Complex insights are now digestible at a glance.
Created a unified visual language centered on the "score" concept. The brand now works cohesively across product, website, reports, and marketing.
Designed landing pages optimized for engagement and conversion. Clear CTAs, trust signals, and benefit-focused messaging throughout.

Real estate meets fintech. We borrowed design patterns from Stripe, Plaid, and FICO — platforms that have mastered communicating complex data with trust and clarity — while creating PropScore's own distinct identity.
The "PropScore" is the product's core value. We made scores visually prominent throughout the experience — clear numerical displays, intuitive color coding, and contextual explanations.
Complex analytics can overwhelm users. We designed for progressive disclosure — showing the essential score first, with detailed breakdowns available on demand.
190M+ property records is a powerful trust signal. We made data scale visible throughout the experience, reinforcing PropScore's authority in the space.
Every page has a clear conversion goal. We structured content to qualify visitors, build trust, and drive action — whether that's signing up, requesting a demo, or upgrading.

Both the website and product now communicate authority and professionalism from the first interaction.
Users understand the scoring model and its value within seconds of landing.
Report previews and analytics dashboards now invite exploration rather than confusion.
The upgrade path and CTAs are intuitive, reducing friction in the user journey.
Product, website, and marketing materials now speak the same visual language.
The design system supports the next 12-24 months of roadmap without starting from scratch.
PropScore now presents itself as what it truly is: a category-defining AI real estate platform built for clarity, trust, and growth.
