How does the monthly retainer work?

We agree on a monthly content volume - number of posts, Stories, carousels. Each month we deliver that batch on schedule. Retainer continues month-to-month with flexibility to adjust.

How much content do I get per month?

Depends on your retainer level and posting frequency. Typical clients get 12-20 feed posts plus Stories and carousel content. We’ll scope based on your needs.

Which platforms do you design for?

Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook. Each platform gets correctly sized and formatted content.

Do you write the captions?

We focus on visual design. We can provide caption suggestions or hooks, but full copywriting is separate. Many clients write captions themselves or work with a copywriter.

Can you match our existing brand?

Yes. We work within your brand guidelines - colors, fonts, imagery style. If you don’t have guidelines, we can establish a social-specific visual identity.

How far in advance do you deliver?

We typically deliver monthly batches 1-2 weeks before the month begins. You have time to review, approve, and schedule.

What if I need something urgent mid-month?

Retainer includes reasonable flexibility for time-sensitive content. For major additions, we discuss scope adjustment.

Do you post the content for us?

We deliver ready-to-post files. Posting and scheduling is handled by you or your social media manager. We can recommend scheduling tools if needed.

Can I pause the retainer?

Yes. With notice, you can pause during slow periods and resume when ready. We’re flexible.

How much does the retainer cost?

A monthly retainer quoted after the intro call, priced against volume and the channels in scope. The first month builds the template system, which is what makes every month after it cheaper.
