Jewalleria is a Dubai-based online jewelry brand that empowers customers to personalize their own pieces through a seamless digital experience. With over 1.5 million product choices, custom diamond configurators, and both natural and lab-grown options, they needed a digital experience that matched their product sophistication.
Their existing website had the inventory but struggled with conversions. Users hesitated to purchase, dropped off during checkout, and the mobile experience was holding back growth.
The original website faced several UX issues that directly impacted revenue:
Users hesitated to purchase high-value jewelry online. The platform lacked credibility signals, clear product presentation, and social proof that luxury buyers expect.
The checkout flow was clunky and caused drop-offs. Too many steps, no guest checkout option, and confusing form fields created unnecessary friction.
The mobile interface was unintuitive and hard to navigate — a major problem when most eCommerce traffic comes from mobile devices.
The overall UI felt dated and didn't reflect the premium positioning of the brand. Visual hierarchy was unclear, and the design lacked polish.
The Jewelry Builder — their key differentiator — was hard to use and visually unengaging. Users couldn't easily personalize products, which hurt both conversion and average order value.
We led a full eCommerce UX/UI redesign — responsive website, mobile optimization, and custom product configurator UI for jewelry personalization.
Restructured the entire site navigation, category hierarchy, and product discovery flow. Reduced visual clutter and improved logical content grouping so users find products faster.
Redesigned each product card with essential details upfront, interactive hover states for material previews, and clear visual hierarchy that balances aesthetics with usability.

Rebuilt the customization tool with intuitive user flows, interactive UX, and strong visual feedback. Users can now easily personalize engagement rings, necklaces, and other pieces with diamonds, gemstones, and metals.
Implemented "Frequently Bought Together" recommendations under each product card. Dynamic suggestions based on browsing data help users build complete sets and increase average order value.
Added customer reviews with verified purchase badges, clearer product photography, and strategically placed credibility signals throughout the shopping journey.

Redesigned the entire checkout flow with guest checkout option, simplified form UI, and conversion best practices to reduce friction and cart abandonment.

Designed dedicated mobile experiences for iOS and Android with fully optimized layouts, touch targets, and navigation. Maintained visual consistency with desktop while prioritizing mobile usability.
