Where he comes from

Vlad spent ten years designing where the stakes were highest: enterprise accounts for Meta, Ray-Ban, Amazon, and Reddit, and the early product of a SaaS startup that went on to raise $27M.

Two habits survived that decade. Speed without sloppiness — enterprise clients accept neither slow nor broken. And a hard rule that design is judged by what it changes, not how it looks: every screen either moves a business number, or it's still a draft.

Why Masterly exists

Most agencies hand you mockups and an invoice. Masterly was built for the harder brief: companies past product-market fit, where design decisions compound — clunky onboarding quietly caps revenue, a confusing dashboard bleeds retention, and the deck that raised your seed won't raise your B.

Vlad co-founded the studio in 2022. The team covers product UX/UI, brand identity, marketing sites, and sales collateral — everything a B2B SaaS company ships that a user or an investor judges. The scoreboard is always the same two numbers: activation and retention.

Recognition

The studio's work has won Red Dot, NYX, Vega, Indigo, MUSE, and Online Design Awards, and been featured in Dribbble's Best Shots of the Year. Awards don't retain users — but they're a decent proxy for craft.
