We believe design thinking is the foundation of everything, and that it is what will move the industry forward in the age of AI. So we embrace design thinking and build an AI-native design team with it at the core: AI speeds up the making, and design thinking decides what is worth making.
Masterly started in April 2022. Most of our team are Ukrainians who now live in different parts of the world, and we are a 100% remote team.
The people who lead our design are professional designers with 10+ years of experience, including work for world-class brands such as Meta, Ray-Ban, Reddit, Amazon and others. They pick the best designers they can find, mentor them and teach them to be the best.

You get your own team that knows your project, and you always have direct access to it. You never have to be the one chasing.
You hear from us before you ask
Updates come at least every three days, in your own Slack, with one thread for each request so nothing gets buried. We will never go quiet for a month and then reappear.
You look first, then we continue
On ongoing work the first draft usually arrives within two or three days. Take your time with it and leave your comments. We address them, you approve, and only then do we move on.
Everything is transparent
You always know how much effort goes into your work, and nothing about it comes as a surprise.
When the mistake is ours, we fix it for free
You will not need to argue for it.

What we will tell you honestly
We would rather say something uncomfortable early than send you work we do not believe in. If we send it, we are happy to put our name on it.
When we disagree with a comment
We tell you and explain why, and then the decision is yours.
When a timeline is too tight
Good work usually needs a few weeks, and we will tell you plainly what yours needs instead of agreeing to a date we know we would miss.
When you might need something smaller
Sometimes the honest answer to a request for a landing page is that a presentation would do the job.
When something will not work
If we can see it will not help your users, we say so, even when it is exactly what you asked for.
